Each of the five diverse counties across the North West is unique. To build our AMP8 business plan, we worked with stakeholders and customers to better understand the needs, challenges and opportunities of each county.

With 38 per cent of the North West’s population and 37 per cent of our overflows, we are supporting growth, improving rivers, and working to secure a more resilient supply.

The plans for 
2025–30

In January 2025 we accepted the final determination set out by our economic regulator,
Ofwat, concluding the price review process for the 2025-30 period (AMP8).
